New Product Returns:
- All new unused products can be returned within 30 days from the reciept of the item for a full refund less the original shipping charges.
- All items must have the original manufacturer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
- A 20% restocking fee may be charged if items appear used or do not have the original manufacturer tags attached.
- Custom Orders may NOT be returned.
Manufacturer Warranty:
- All items unless noted in the items description are backed by the full manufacturer’s warranty.
- Any item deemed to be defective will be replaced by the manufacturer.
- Normal wear and tear or abuse will not be covered under warranty
- If an item falls outside of warranty GTSA will do our best to assist with repairs and pricing.
